Two of the rooms have access to the balcony and invite you to enjoy the panorama coupled with crisp and clean mountain air in the morning and evening. The bedrooms of your chalet in Ötztal offer the following:
- BEDROOM 1 (approx. 16 m²)
with high-quality box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) plus flat-screen TV, comfortable seating area, charming retro washbasin and access to the balcony - where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air in the morning. - BEDROOM 2 (approx. 11 m²)
with cozy box spring bed (160 x 200 cm), complemented by flat-screen TV and stylish retro washbasin. - BEDROOM 3 (approx. 9 m²)
equipped with bunk bed, flat-screen TV and access to the balcony - where you can enjoy fabulous views.
BATHROOM & SEPARATE WC
Bathroom
In your approx. 7 m² bathroom you will find a bathtub for relaxing baths, a separate shower for a refreshing start to the day, a WC and a washbasin. Hairdryer and fluffy towels are of course also available.

Additionally, there is another separate WC with washbasin on this floor - convenient and comfortable, especially if you are traveling with several people.
Relaxation room with infrared cabin
In order to relax your muscles after a great mountain bike tour and warm up in winter, we have also built a cozy relaxation room at our holiday chalet in Ötztal. Wind down in the infrared cabin for 2 people and treat yourself to a break on the two heated relaxation loungers. Use of these facilities is included for all guests staying at our chalet in Ötztal!

SURROUNDINGS
At your chalet in Ötztal, varied hiking and mountain tours start right on your doorstep. The free skibus shuttles take you directly to the huge ski areas of Sölden, Gurgl and the family ski area of Hochoetz – the bus stop is just in front of your holiday house. Very close by, only 4 kilometers away, you will find the impressive thermal spa center of AQUA DOME in Längenfeld. Shopping facilities can be found in nearby Längenfeld (4 km).
Chalet layout
A separate entrance takes you to the first floor of our chalet via the cozy hallway and up the stairs – straight into your alpine living space on 110 m2. A mix of elegant Tirolean country house style and modern accents creates enough space for up to 6 people. We ourselves, the Göbhart family, live on the ground floor. We are not always on site, but are happy to help and advise you at any time.

Price details, down payment & deposit
PRICES
Our prices are per night for the number of people stated. The price does not include resort tax, end-of-stay cleaning fee and bread delivery service which is available on request and at an additional charge.
RESORT TAX
The resort tax of € 4.00 per person and night is not included in the total price stated and is charged directly by the host on site. Children and young adults up to the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15 do not pay the resort tax.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING
The end-of-stay cleaning fee amounts to € 140.00 per stay. It is not included in the chalet rental price.
DOWN PAYMENT
For a binding reservation, we ask for 30% of the total price as a deposit no later than 3 days after booking.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 300.00 must be paid in cash upon arrival. On departure the deposit will be refunded in cash, provided there is no damage or excessive dirt.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 6 days prior to arrival: 90% of the total price
- Up to 29 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total price
- Up to 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price

During peak and main seasons, our Chalet Heimatjuwel can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 4.00 pm
Check-out: until 9.00 am
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Only cash payment on site or advance bank transfer accepted.
PETS
We have a big heart for animals, but we also want guests suffering from allergies to feel comfortable here with us - that's why pets are not allowed, we are sorry! Thank you for your understanding.
Travel route
About 2 kilometers after Längenfeld you turn left at the hamlet of Runhof. Follow the mountain road to Burgstein for approx. 2.5 kilometers. In winter, this route is only accessible with winter tires and snow chains are required in wintry conditions. Once arrived at the hamlet of Burgstein, you take the second entrance on the left - our chalet is at the end of the road.
Skibus
During the winter season (mid/end of December to approx. Easter) the free skibus shuttle service takes you to the slopes of Ötztal three times a day.
