PRICES
Our prices are per night for the number of people stated. The price does not include resort tax, end-of-stay cleaning fee and bread delivery service which is available on request and at an additional charge.

RESORT TAX
The resort tax of € 4.00 per person and night is not included in the total price stated and is charged directly by the host on site. Children and young adults up to the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15 do not pay the resort tax.

END-OF-STAY CLEANING
The end-of-stay cleaning fee amounts to € 140.00 per stay. It is not included in the chalet rental price.

DOWN PAYMENT & FINAL PAYMENT
For a binding reservation, we ask for 30% of the total price as a deposit no later than 3 days after booking. The balance of the total price is to be paid 30 days before arrival.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 300.00 must be paid in cash upon arrival. On departure the deposit will be refunded in cash, provided there is no damage or excessive dirt.

• Up to 6 days prior to arrival: 90% of the total price
• Up to 29 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total price
• Up to 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price

CHALET BOOKING
During peak and main seasons, our Chalet Heimatjuwel can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
During low season: please send a request

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 4.00 pm
Check-out: until 9.00 am

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Only cash payment on site or advance bank transfer accepted.

OCCUPANCY & CHALET USE
Our chalet is intended exclusively for use by the number of guests booked. External visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior agreement and confirmation - unless they have been agreed in advance and the additional costs have been paid. During the stay, the night's rest must be observed. Parties and events are also not permitted.

PETS
We have a big heart for animals, but we also want guests suffering from allergies to feel comfortable here with us - that's why pets are not allowed, we are sorry! Thank you for your understanding.

About 2 kilometers after Längenfeld you turn left at the hamlet of Runhof. Follow the mountain road to Burgstein for approx. 2.5 kilometers. In winter, this route is only accessible with winter tires and snow chains are required in wintry conditions. Once arrived at the hamlet of Burgstein, you take the second entrance on the left - our chalet is at the end of the road.
